Dr. Keith Tam completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at University of Southern California. He went on to complete his pediatric residency at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Tam started up his private practice located in Santa Maria, CA in 2010. In 2012, he became board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Tam has placed thousands of zirconia pediatric crowns and thoroughly documented his cases over the past several years.

Brandon Richards

General Manager & Owner – Kinder Krowns
Brandon Richards is a partner at Apex Dental Laboratory Group, which operates 22 specialized labs nationwide. He also serves as CEO and General Manager of Kinder Krowns, where he leads product design and continuing education. Over the past 15 years, Brandon has launched multiple product lines tailored to pediatric and special needs patients, earning a reputation for solving complex clinical cases through innovative lab solutions.

Dr. Randolph Cross

Endodontist
Randolph Cross graduated Magna Cum with a Molecular Biology and Biochemistry degree and worked in the biotech field before going to dental school then endodontic residency. When completing his root canals Dr. Cross tested various methods to determine when root canals were clean. After looking at several technologies Dr. Cross developed a biomarker formula based on the science of detecting ATP inside of a root canal. Dr. Cross is currently a practicing Endodontist and uses ATP testing on virtually all of his root canals.

Peter Stoilov
